Ecuphar Kiltix Antiparasitic Collar for Dogs

Antiparasitic collar for small, medium and large breed dogs depending on the kg of weight of the animal.

Indications:

It is indicated in the control of ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) and fleas (Ctenocephalides canis / felis) in the dog.
In medium and large dogs, the efficacy against ticks and fleas lasts up to 7 months if the collar is worn continuously.
In small dogs, efficacy against ticks and fleas lasts up to 6 months if the collar is worn continuously.

Instructions for use:

For external use only.
Remove the collar from the protective bag and remove the plastic strips from the inside of the collar to unroll it.
Place the collar loosely around the dog's neck and pass the end of the collar through the buckle.
Owners should check the skin in the collar area for the first few days to make sure the collar is not too tight (between the collar and the neck a space of two fingers should be left).

Dosage:

Small dogs (3-10 Kg weight) should use a single collar of 12.5 g weight and approximate length of 35 cm.
Medium dogs (11-20 Kg weight) should use a single collar of 30.2 g weight and approximate length of 53 cm.
Small dogs (weighing 21 kg and over) should wear a single collar weighing 45 g and measuring approximately 66 cm in length.
The collar should be worn continuously.
It is effective regardless of whether the animal is moving or resting.
Efficacy against ticks and fleas starts within 24 hours of application of the collar and lasts up to 7 months in medium and large dogs, and 6 months in small dogs.
The duration and level of protection depends on the length and condition of the coat, the activity of the animal and the degree of infestation.
Occasionally while wearing the collar, tick infestation may be observed, but ticks die at the latest after 3 days usually without having sucked blood

Composition: (per 100 g of collar) Propoxur (10 g), Flumethrin 2.25 g, Di-n-butyladipate, Propylene glycol dicaprylcaprate, Epoxidized soybean oil, Stearic acid, Titanium dioxide (E-171), Iron oxide a marillo, Polyvinyl chloride.
